It takes a community to care for the thousands of animals treated at Ohio Wildlife Center each year, as well as keep up with the volume of questions and concerns that come our way from the public. Community Engagement Interns will focus on the public relations side of our wildlife rehabilitation program, working directly with patient presenters and concerned neighbors to share information.
All teams at Ohio Wildlife Center need to interact with the public to achieve their goals; Community Engagement interns will have the unique opportunity to support multiple functions of the organization though direct contact with our audiences.
