Kroger CARES Gift Card
Feed yourself, your family, and native wildlife rehabilitated by the Ohio Wildlife Center...at no extra cost to you!

The convenience of re-charging and the satisfaction of knowing that you are supporting a great cause!

  • Purchase a $5 Kroger gift card through Ohio Wildlife Center.
  • Use it like cash at any Kroger location.
  • Recharge the card at any time and at any Kroger store. Use cash, check or credit/debit card.
  • 5% of what you recharge goes to the Ohio Wildlife Center.
  • Feel good about supporting OWC and Ohio’s wildlife!

Your gift card can be used for anything at the Kroger stores and gas pumps, with the exception of certain Kroger services. Services include money orders, Western Union, lottery tickets, stamps, hunting/fishing licenses and Ticket Master.

The best way to help is to use and recharge your card. Don't throw it out once the balance gets low! To recharge your card simply take it to your favorite Kroger store and they will be happy to add money to it. You can even do this when you check out. Simply tell the cashier that you would like to put money on your card first and then use the card to pay for your groceries.

Always keep at least a dollar on your card. If the balance goes below a dollar and does not get recharged for 90 days the card will be taken out of the system. If your card gets taken out of the system please call us at 614-734-9453 to buy a new one. A gift card purchased at a Kroger store cannot be linked to Ohio Wildlife Center.

If your card becomes lost, stolen or demagnetized you will have to call us so we can issue you a new card and transfer the balance of the old card onto the new one. On the back of the card are additional information and a card number. Please read the information and jot down the card number in case you need to get a new one.
